1. Ordering
You can order around the clock on this website. As soon as you place your order and receive a confirmation by email, your order is considered binding. We reserve the right, without need to notify you, to fill your order in stages as goods become available in our warehouse.
2. Prices
All prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and contain 2.5% or 8% VAT (depending on type of product). Our VAT Number is 118 241.
3. Shipping / Invoicing
All deliveries will be invoiced in Swiss francs (CHF). We charge the following shipping costs:

4. Return Guarantee
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days after the date of shipment. Return shipments can only be accepted if you have notified us in advance and we have given our approval for the return. We will reimburse you for the shipping costs for the return only if the goods were damaged or defective at the time you received them. Please be aware that in all other cases you will have to pay the shipping costs.
5. Final Provisions
a. Applicable law
In case of dispute, Swiss law shall apply.
b. Place of jurisdiction is Basel.
