Award-winning saxophonist Melissa Aldana will visit the Tinguely Museum on the release tour for her second Blue Note album.

She proves herself to be a master of subtle, authentic storytelling. Every sound has an intention; nothing is random. The scope of her expression ranges from broad and warm to precise and delicate. On Echoes Of The Inner Prophet, the outstanding saxophonist creates sound worlds which flow in rhythmic waves like oceans, form lines, lose themselves again or condense into individual fragments. In this way, she generates a mood of compressed poetic serenity that opens the heart.
