Copyright
The use of press photos is solely permitted for publications by the media in reports on the Museum Tinguely, reports on the exhibitions at the Museum Tinguely or on Jean Tinguely. Please observe that downloading press photos and their use is solely permitted for members of the press. Mention must be made of the copyright. Any publication of press photos of the Museum Tinguely must be accompanied by the copyright mention.
The Museum Tinguely declines all responsibility for non-payment of copyright fees to ProLitteris, ADAGP, Cosmopress, VG-Bildkunst, etc.

The following applies for uses of pictures outside media reporting:
Museum Tinguely does not own any copyright in works by Jean Tinguely. The clarification of these rights and payment in respect of them is a matter for the applicant. In Switzerland, the collecting society responsible for this is ProLitteris, Zurich (link website: www.prolitteris.ch). The applicant is responsible for obtaining any permission needed from persons captured in pictures before the pictures are used. Museum Tinguely undertakes no liability for third party claims arising from infringement of copyright and personality rights.
